Can you keep me out of an audit?

Nobody can honestly promise that, and anyone who does is selling you something. What we control is whether your return is defensible. Real books behind every number, positions we can explain out loud, and documentation kept where we can find it a year from now. If a notice does arrive, you have the people who built the return answering it with you instead of walking in alone.

Who actually stands behind my return?

Steven Palmieri and his team. The same people keep the monthly books, do the planning, and prepare and file the return, so nothing gets handed to a stranger at the deadline. We do not perform audits, reviews, or compilations of financial statements. If a lender needs audited statements, a licensed audit firm handles that piece and we hand them clean books to work from.

It is already late in the year. Is it worth doing now?

Now beats April every time, because the moves that change a tax bill have to land before the year closes. Twenty minutes tells you what is still open for this year and what can only be fixed for next year, which is worth knowing before you write another quarterly check.

What actually happens on the call?

You send last year's return ahead of time and we read it before we talk. Then we spend twenty minutes on what it tells us: what was left on the table, what planning would have changed, and what the monthly fee here would look like with the plan included. No charge and no obligation at the end of it.

Question 5

I am not behind on taxes. I just hate the bill. Is this for me?

That is exactly who this is built for. We do not take IRS collection cases, and a straightforward W-2 with nothing else going on does not need us. An owner writing big quarterly checks with nobody planning behind them does.
